A couple quick words, in case you don't know me I'm LImey, Conchair for 2011.
Hey folks, I like you, am trying to find my way back to real life. For me the hardest thing about con is coming home. With Penguicon it is a bit easier, since we have a year round convention. Preparations are already being made for next year.
At closing ceremonies I mentioned the importance of community, with that thought in mind I would like to announce two events.
First I would like to announce the newest little penguin. Our web guy Muteid10t and krisb_77 had a beautiful baby girl. Congratulations !! Please send them well wishes.
Second, There will be a SMOS dinner on May 15th in Wyandotte. Please contact me for information, the details of the plan have not been solidified.
If you would like host a SMOS please contact me. (limeyone885 at gmail) I will pass the information on to our community manager.
As you may know the SMOS is the cornerstone of the Penguicon community. If you are looking to expand your convention experience, this is where you want to be. Eat, drink, play some games and talk to your fellow con-goers.
Well, I am expecting a flood of emails, so I gotta go for now.
I hope to see you on the 15th.
